Crafted from elm wood, it features carved ruyi-shaped cloud spandrels flanking double-grooved straight legs, joined by a shaped humpback apron and low side stretchers for extra stability. The solid top panel displays exposed tenon joinery with a rich, patinated wood grain and remnant traces of original dark red-brown lacquer that have aged beautifully over time. Its narrow depth and generous length make it an ideal architectural accent piece for contemporary or traditional interiors, such as an entry bench, bed-end seating, or narrow console table.
