1940s–1950s large Louis XVI Revival armchair featuring an oval upholstered back topped with a carved ribbon-bow crest. The carved wood frame has a gilt/ cream painted finish with gilt accents, fluted tapered legs, carved foliate details and gracefully curved arms.
Upholstered in a neutral grey/ cream patterned fabric with coordinating upholstered armrests. The chair has an elegant French Neoclassical profile and works beautifully as an accent, desk or occasional chair.
