A sculptural French clock from the late 19th century, depicting the allegorical figure "Rêveuse" (signed by the artist). The sculpture is crafted from antimony with a bronze-colored patina, resting on a solid light-colored marble base with brass feet and inlays. The dial is hand-painted enamel with polychrome festoons. The solid structure is in excellent period condition with slight signs of aging; the mechanism is functional (needs servicing) and comes complete with a winding key and pendulum.
