An elegant pair of vintage Hollywood Regency bergère armchairs inspired by classic French Louis XV design. These generously proportioned lounge chairs feature gracefully shaped wingback silhouettes, hand-painted cream frames with subtle gilt accents, and carved cabriole legs. Upholstered in a textured cream fabric accented with contrasting light blue piping, they offer a refined palette that complements both traditional and contemporary interiors. Deep, removable seat cushions and sculpted arms provide exceptional comfort, making these chairs ideal for a formal living room, bedroom, or sophisticated sitting area.
Dimensions:
29.0" w x 30.0" d x 35.0" h / Inches
Seat h 19"
Condition:
Good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. The frames are sturdy and structurally sound with age-appropriate wear, light distressing, and minor finish loss to the painted and gilt surfaces. The upholstery remains clean and presentable with light signs of use. One chair has a small separation in the blue welt piping (shown in photos), but it does not affect functionality. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable pair ready to enjoy as is or customize with new upholstery if desired.
