Elegant faceted compote in clear crystal glass with star-patterned rim and a shaped, faceted stem. A classic example of the decorative glasswork of the period, where geometry and light reflection are key design elements. Origin: Europe. Material: Crystal glass. Dimensions: H. 15 cm, D. 20 cm. Period: 1930s/40s. Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear. During the 1930s and 40s, faceted crystal enjoyed great popularity across Europe.
