The dealer we obtained these from did not specify.

This pair is a little extra unique as they still have the paper rolls on them. They are also from different figures. One seems to have come from a man figure and the other a woman. And we love the combination, as they speak of love and partnership.

As to the rolled paper, we're.not clear what purpose these would have served, but visually they add another layer of beauty, depth, and intrigue, to the hands.

We also love the condition the hands are in. These have been stored for such a long time that time itself played its part, adding such a lovely patina.
