A rare set of four vintage 1950s Beresford & Hicks dining chairs with sculpted wood "scissor" frames and newly upholstered seats and backs in JB Martin Nevada Moonstone mohair. The chairs have a refined British modern profile, with curved arms, angled supports, and tapered splayed legs.
The light green-gray Moonstone mohair gives the set a refined, understated finish with a subtle luminous quality that pairs beautifully with the warm wood frames. A handsome, usable set with strong lines, quality materials, and a quiet statement presence.
