Design Plus Gallery presents a Set of Four French Dining Chairs designed by Van Thiels for Restoration Hardware. Drawing from classical seating forms, each chair has an oval upholstered back, a cushioned seat, fluted tapered legs, carved floral corner blocks, and molded detailing along the apron. The frames are made from solid American white oak and paired with neutral woven upholstery and self-piping. The restrained profile presents a contemporary interpretation of traditional European seating. They are in fair/good condition; visible wear includes minor upholstery marks, rubbing to the wood surfaces, and a crack separation along the crest of one chair back.
