Very large Flora Danica platter with open pierced border, richly hand-painted with botanical motif and gilt decoration. Model 20/3528. Perfect condition. Marked and cancelled with three incised lines. Origin: Denmark, Royal Copenhagen. Designer: Flora Danica painters (hand-painted). Material: Porcelain, hand-painted, gilt. Flora Danica was initiated in the 1790s and remains one of the world’s most prestigious porcelain services.
