The broad flared bowl is supported by a substantial baluster-form pedestal and features rich translucent amethyst coloration, a smooth free-blown profile, a thick fire-polished rim, and a ground and polished pontil.

The design reflects Mid-Century Colonial style.
Hand-blown construction is confirmed by the absence of mold seams, while the ground and polished pontil indicates hand finishing.
