An American Mid-century Art Pottery Roseville Console Bowl in the Green "Bushberry" pattern that was introduced in 1941.
The piece features a beautiful raised design of serrated leaves and berry clusters against a deeply ribbed bark like textured background.
Two hand-styled twig handles emerge from the rim on each end, one handle winds its way to the front and one to the back.
This variation of the "Bushberry" pattern is in a rich green and russet brown palette that complements rustic, mid-century modern, or traditional decor themes.
Manufactured by Roseville Pottery (Zanesville, Ohio) Circa: 1941 and has the raised "Roseville U.S.A. 417-14"" stamp on the bottom.
Measurements:
The bowl itself measures 14" and is 18.25" long (handle to handle) x 8 .75" wide x 5" high. at the tallest part where the handles attach to the bowl.
In VERY GOOD pre-loved and displayed antique condition.
No chips or cracks or crazing.
