The image is based on Dalí’s circa-1934 painting of the same title. This piece is numbered 216/500 and dated 1968. The certificate attached to the reverse identifies Art Press as the publisher and Litho American as the atelier, noting that the edition carries a facsimile signature. The artwork is presented beneath glass in a gilt-tone frame ornamented with raised leaves and berries, complemented by a linen-textured mat and gold-tone liner.
