A splendid hand carved petite 11" diameter French Giltwood Sunburst Wall Mirror, circa 1950s. The center 2.25" flat mirror is encircled by an inner border with intricate scrollwork. Also featured are ribbed rays of different shapes and sizes radiating out from the center. This rustic giltwood mirror has a lovely gold leafing over a red bole primer which gives it a warm patina. It would look stunning hanging alone in a small space or in a grouping with other sunburst mirrors.
