- Good vintage condition. The chairs are of good weight. The chairs are as found and come without provenance. The finish … moreGood vintage condition. The chairs are of good weight. The chairs are as found and come without provenance. The finish has wear to be expected in the form of surface scratches and small nicks primarily to the legs and top rails from decades of use. I do not know if they have ever been refinished. There is minor finish loss at the arm terminals. The fabric is usable as is and appears to be original. The foam is not perfect but is serviceable as is. There is slight fading and some compression of seat padding. Patination to brass nailheads.
