The platter appears to be Minton but it is unmarked. Only a few pieces were marked in Large sets of tableware. Thie platter is polychrome and was manufactured in Staffordshire, England in circa 1840. The platter has a chinoiserie inspired design, hand painted with floral motifs and a complex decorative serpentine border.. See less
