Executed in thick, hand-moulded crystal, it features an expressive freeform design with sweeping sculptural contours and retains the etched "Vannes France" mark with diamond emblem to the underside. Measuring an impressive 28 inches in length, it is an exceptional example of French modernist crystal.

The dynamic organic form evokes the movement of flowing water, with elegantly rising arms that capture and refract light from every angle. The substantial crystal construction and fluid asymmetrical silhouette reflect the bold artistic direction for which Cristallerie de Vannes-le-Châtel became internationally recognised during the mid-century period.
