This vintage Chinese cloisonné trinket dish showcases the intricate wirework and colorful enamel artistry that made cloisonné one of China's most celebrated decorative arts. The design features a turquoise vase with blossoming branches, a fan, and auspicious motifs against an elaborate scrolling background framed by a brass rim. Likely made in China during the 1960s-1980s for the export market, it makes a beautiful jewelry catchall, coin dish, or display accent for Chinoiserie, Hollywood Regency, Grandmillennial, or Asian-inspired interiors.
