Lotus, peony, chrysanthemum, plum blossom, and magnolia are rendered in richly layered raised enamels — deep teal, fuchsia rose, burnt orange, and chartreuse green — against a luminous white porcelain ground. A central peach medallion anchors the composition, the peach a classical Chinese emblem of longevity and abundance.
The reverse bears an oval iron-red hall mark cartouche (堂名款) — a named studio or workshop mark associated with Jingdezhen kilns and Canton decorating ateliers of the late Qing period. This format predates the standardized "CHINA" export mark that came into use after 1891 and indicates production by a specific named workshop, lending this piece genuine collector provenance. A gold foil retailer's label is also present, consistent with quality import trade of the period.
Dating: Late Qing dynasty, approximately 1880–1910.
