Iconic Mid-Century Modern 2291-C lounge chair attributed to designer Adrian Pearsall in the United States circa 1960. All original with original upholstery.
It features subtly angular front legs and dramatically arched hind legs; a sculptural paddle arm rest, all in a beautiful hand rubbed walnut. The gently tapered back has "wing" detailing with gently rounded corners. Its clean modernist lines and refined color palate make this piece stunning and versatile blending perfectly with any style of interior from classic Mid Century to Contemporary.
