Unsigned, the piece aligns with traditional Murano glassmaking techniques and features quintessential characteristics of mid-century Italian craftsmanship. The handblown art glass contains microscopic internal air bubbles (pulegoso effect) and gold and champagne-tone metallic inclusions. The body features a diagonal ribbed swirl pattern, while the base features a clear, applied glass "claw". Includes a pontil mark on the base. See less
