Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown sky blue and copper aventurine flecks spotted Italian art glass decorative bowl / ashtray. The piece is created in the manner of designer Alfredo Barbini. It has a decorative fold / dimple on one side that could be used as a handle or rest a cigarette. The pattern on the inside looks like an animal print, and is made with heavy copper aventurine. Each of the pieces glitter in any light (see all photos). Very unusual design! Would make a great display piece on any desk, coffee table or credenza. Use it as a catchall, ashtray or candy dish. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Mid-century era. Measures 6 1/4” long x 6” wide x 2 1/2” tall.
