The geometric base is beautifully crafted from multi-toned natural stone, perfectly capturing the bold architectural style of the era.

The centerpiece of this clock is a powerful, highly detailed roaring lion sculpture made of polished chrome-plated bronze. The figure features an authentic French "BRONZE" stamp on the tail, as well as an original artist's signature incised on the inner side of the back leg (partially illegible due to its handwritten vintage style). Complete with a stylish rectangular clock face and characteristic Art Deco numerals, this rare timepiece seamlessly blends mechanical function with vintage art. A sophisticated collector's item for any mantle, desk, or sideboard.

Very good vintage condition. The natural stone base has been fully cleaned, preserving its beautiful natural patina. The chrome bronze sculpture is in excellent shape.

The original mechanical movement chimes beautifully on the hour and half-hour. It has been fully cleaned and professionally oiled.
