Small bronze and white marble clock in the Louis XVI style: richly ornamented with finely chased bronze garlands of flowers, foliate scrolls, knots, and plant motifs.
The top is crowned with a decorative group of two birds.
The white enamel dial is decorated with a delicate floral garland and features blue Roman numerals, with the signature Ed Gleizes Rue de Rivoli Paris.
It is surrounded by a row of antique rhinestones imitating diamonds.
The mechanism is visible on all sides through beveled glass; one of the glass panes is cracked.
Good overall condition, with signs of wear consistent with age. Clock sold with its key. Mechanism not checked, not guaranteed.
