A striking antique Jacobean Revival bar cabinet by renowned American furniture maker Berkey & Gay, dating to the 1920s.
Crafted in richly toned walnut, this cabinet features deeply carved arched doors with foliate motifs, decorative burl wood panels with geometric inlay, and elegant turned legs joined by a stretcher base. The lift-top compartment opens to reveal additional storage, originally intended for bottles, decanters, and entertaining accessories. Inspired by 17th-century English Jacobean and Tudor furniture, this piece showcases the quality craftsmanship and architectural detailing that made Berkey & Gay one of the most respected furniture manufacturers of the early twentieth century.
