This stunning lounge set is a carefully crafted … Read more A vintage Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin "Boldido" lounge chair and ottoman. This stunning lounge set is a carefully crafted postmodern lounge chair featuring a oversized design with exposed frame accenting. This chair, originally designed in 1987, was Baughman's take on the famous Womb chair and heavily influenced by the Italian boldisimo design movement. It features big, bold movements throughout the frame, with exaggerated arms, a high back, and a flowing frame leading into the matching ottoman footstool. Both pieces are in very good vintage condition, including the bold, bodacious red fabric, which pops against the polished steel frame hugging the sides and back of the chair. The chair measures 35 inches tall, 39.5 inches wide, and 39 inches deep. It has a seat height of 16 inches, a seat depth of 21 inches, and a back height of 23 inches. The ottoman measures 16 inches tall, and 23.5 x 21 inches wide. See less
