A handsome pair of vintage brass Judaica candlesticks featuring openwork Star of David motifs incorporated into the stems. The classic form combines a broad circular base, turned baluster shaft, and stepped candle cups, creating an elegant silhouette suitable for Shabbat candles or decorative display.
The warm brass surface has developed a mellow patina over time, while the Magen David symbols provide a meaningful expression of Jewish heritage and tradition. Marked "R.C." on the underside. Dating to the mid-20th century, these candlesticks embody the clean, functional design and symbolic ornament that made brass Judaica of the period so enduringly popular.
