Antique folk art bentwood twig chair, c.1900, for a small adult or child.
Possibly Adirondack, this well constructed chair has a wonderful sweeping back and curved arms. The bentwood twigs are firmly secured to one another, as well as below the seat where they all come together. A great piece of folk art. Note the overall finish is speckled in dots of couple paint. All untouched original finish with some dusting and waxing to the seat.
