Part of a full bedroom set (including bed frame and low-boy dresser) were built and purchased in 1965 directly from the furniture maker, Davis Cabinet Co. (Nashville, TN)—a premium American furniture manufacturer renowned for museum-quality furniture construction and traditional design.

In excellent structural and cosmetic condition, made of solid mahogany construction, with all original hardware, this 1960s set of nightstands is being offered by the original owner just past the set’s 60th anniversary. A collectible with an unbroken chain of provenance, these high quality period pieces resided in the same home for six decades and are in good-to-excellent condition. Considered “Vintage Perfect,” you’ll find nothing but normal, age-appropriate wear in either of these 2-drawer pieces (minor dings consistent with average use).

Retained in a climate-controlled environment, this vintage American furniture was finely crafted in traditional style during the midcentury modern era—both pieces contain original hardware and maker’s marks.
