The piece is documented to the Fratelli Toso company, dated to the last part of the 19th century (1880-1900). The vase has an early design and an unusual color combination. It has a "Fenicio" or pulled feather technique, with alternating with rows of colors creating a unique pattern. The piece has flared out rim, with 2 handles attached to the sides of the vase. For accuracy, the neck has a little lean to it. You can see this best on the 3rd photo. Would make a great display piece on any vanity, desk or curio cabinet. Late Victorian / Art Nouveau era. Collectors item. Measures 3 3/8" tall x 2 1/4" long x 2" wide.
