In original condition with a patch on the underside that adds character and authenticity as does the rich burnished patina with touches of verdigris from decades of oxidation. Hang it in a kitchen filled with fruit, in a shop as a unique display piece, in an office/library filled with a stack of books-- so many styling options for this massive antique. Lemon and marble pear show the unusually large scale of this piece of history.
