Vintage: Wonderful example of a Barovier' & Toso, large, thick and heavy, molecular or organic formed decorative bowl, and/or catchall, … Read more Vintage: Wonderful example of a Barovier' & Toso, large, thick and heavy, molecular or organic formed decorative bowl, and/or catchall, ashtray by one of the most revered Murano Foundry's. A ruby red, "Zebrati'" and clear outer casing, interior gold leaf applied inclusions, is the stylized overall striations, effect, of thin stripes, wrapped around the interior circumference, and within this deep-welled bowl, in a semi, infinity-like swirl, with a thick outer wall membrane of transparent Murano glass, thick glob appendages throughout the exterior. Within these organic appendages, they undulate, rather showcase the diversity of shapes of the striation of red stripes and gold leaf inclusions throughout this wondrous bowl. Polished pontil base, with evidence of the pontil. No chips, nor flea bites. In great condition. See less
