This club has large size with unusual oversized head. The wood and handle show clear signs of age and simple carving techniques. It is an old club that someone has applied varnish to more recently. We are unsure exactly what this club is, it looks almost Fijian or Tongan but I’m not certain it is from a Pacific Island or what use it may have served, but it is very heavy and dense.

Condition: Good general condition. Has later surface varnish on the majority of the piece. Some surface damages to this varnish where it was used as a hammer.
