This impressive fixture features a tall carved wood central column with acanthus, fruit, and floral motifs, all in original aged polychrome paint with traces of gilt and sage green undertones. The wood shows incredible depth with natural craquelure and honest wear.

12 scrolled wrought iron arms radiate from the center, each with hand-forged leaf bobeches and decorative ironwork details. The iron has a beautiful dark patina with hints of old gold paint remaining. Close-up photos show the quality of the forging - each leaf and scroll is unique, not cast.
