.**Art Deco Crock Pottery Dog Bowl**
This charming dog bowl is made of thick, glazed pottery. The front features the word "DOG" stamped in capitalized, stylized letters. The bowl has a gold-yellowish hue with a hint of green, a popular color during its estimated production period of the 1920s to 1940s.
Antique pet bowls are quite rare, as many owners typically wouldn't have invested in such a luxurious item during that era. Furthermore, items like these tend to break or chip over time. This particular bowl shows some age-appropriate crazing and mold production firing lines, which can be seen in the highly magnified photos; please consider this as part of its description.
