Vintage Hollywood Regency hand-painted porcelain “egg” sculpture with floral garlands on an amber-gold ground, mounted to an ornate koi fish brass-tone base. A strong statement object for Chinoiserie, Grandmillennial, eclectic, or maximalist interiors.
The tall egg form and warm palette read beautifully on a console, étagère, or as a table centerpiece; the scrolling metal mounts and figural koi base add classic Regency drama and layered texture. The piece is also constructed with a hollow channel through the base and internal framing, allowing it to be professionally wired and converted to a table lamp if desired (currently offered as a decorative object).
• Material: Hand-painted porcelain with brass-tone metal base/mounts

Very good vintage condition, presenting cleanly with light surface wear consistent with age and display. The metal base shows an intentionally aged patina with areas of rub-through/finish variation, consistent with the decorative gilt/brass-tone finish and handling over time; structurally sound and stable. Please review the photos for close-up details of the finish and patina.
