This is a lovely set of 6 blown glass plates, likely made in Murano or Venice Italy. The glass is a peachy copper color with gorgeous flecks of gold leaf blown into the glass. This style, called Avventurina or Avernturine, is a very desirable in this highly collectible glass. These are STUNNING and would be very chic on a high-end modern table, or even mixed in with another fine-china pattern for a layered, artistic tabletop. They are in lovely vintage condition with one chip to the edge of one plate, as shown, and a more notable series of inclusions (the sand material that is used in glassblowing) on another. Please see photos and ask for more pictures if you would like to have any specific shots. As these are handmade/blown glass, they are not all exactly the same, nor are they "perfect". They have bubbles in the glass and some faint inclusions, but they are in gorgeous condition without utensil marks or hazy/etched spots. These are likely from the 1950s-1960s.
