The pair feature wooden inserts which fit within leather pockets inside the glove (presumably for the purpose of developing a tighter, more powerful grip). The gloves are hand stitched and lined with heavy wool (see photos). Research has failed to identify other gloves with this unusual feature. Possibly custom made by an individual trainer for his students. Very good condition with some expected wear. See less
