This authentic, turn-of-the-century mirror is a magnificent example of high-end Victorian artisan craft. It features a heavily carved, thick structural solid hardwood frame boasting exquisite openwork scrollwork, organic curves, and classic acanthus flourishes. [1, 2]

* Authentic Water-Gilding & Exposed Red Bole: The frame displays a true historic water-gilded finish. Over more than a century, natural micro-rubbing at the high points reveals the vibrant red clay bole (poliment) foundation underneath.
