An exceptional and highly decorative mid-century vintage flush mount (plafond) ceiling light, crafted in Spain circa 1950. Executed in the opulent Neo-Rococo (Louis XV) style, this fixture reflects the pinnacle of Spanish artistic foundry work. It features a breathtaking combination of heavily cast metalwork and exquisite art glass, making it a perfect statement piece for an elegant entryway, hallway, or bedroom.

The Frame:
The ornate mounting ring is masterfully crafted from heavy, solid cast bronze. It features a stunning, bright, and warm orange-bronze tone without any blackening, beautifully highlighting the natural richness of the polished alloy and its intricate rocaille scrolls.

The Glass:
The central dome features a beautiful frosted (satin) finish decorated with intricately detailed floral garlands and baskets. The pattern is achieved using the traditional acid-etching technique, creating a magnificent contrast.


Electrical: Professionally rewired, fully tested, and grounded for safety by an expert technician with 20 years of experience.
It features a 2-light configuration using standard E14 sockets.

This fixture is 110V compatible. Standard E14 bulbs are widely available in the US (on Amazon/eBay), or standard E14-to-E12 candelabra base adapters can be easily used without any modifications to the fixture.

⚡️ DESIGNER'S NOTE / COMPLEMENTARY MATCHING FIXTURE AVAILABLE:
We also have another vintage 11.75-inch flush mount plafond from the exact same Spanish foundry mold available in our shop. While the physical size and the ornate Rococo metal casting are identical, they offer a beautiful curated contrast: the other fixture features a slightly different floral etched glass pattern and a more muted, traditional golden bronze patina with deep factory blackening (oxidation) in the recesses. Together, they create a spectacular, custom eclectic look for adjacent spaces!
