This charming Mauthe wall clock is a wonderful example of 1950s West German ceramic craftsmanship. The creamy pastel yellow ceramic case has a softly rounded square shape and is decorated with white daisy appliqués on either side — a signature detail of the era. The bold black and white dial with gold-tone hands and Mauthe script branding is eye-catching and highly legible. Converted to battery operation (1 D cell), it has been tested and keeps time.
