Subject and Style: The clock features the unmistakable geometric and elegant lines of pure Art Deco style. The structure is characterized by a barrel-shaped central body veneered in fine burl wood, framed by two fluted wooden lateral elements and resting on a solid, contrasting base. The clear dial, protected by its original glass and enclosed in a brass bezel, is decorated with Roman numerals and finely crafted hands.
