This is a stunning antique Victorian Eastlake library chair, lounge chair, or armchair crafted in walnut, featuring carved geometric cresting, spiral turnings, pierced fan-form splats, and original brass casters. Likely from about 1890.
Newly upholstered in an ornate woven fabric that complements the chair’s architectural Aesthetic Movement styling. A substantial and highly decorative late 19th century statement chair with excellent presence from every angle.
