Bowl designer: archimede seguso year: around 1940 manufacturer: seguso vetri di arte, murano country: italy measurements: h 6 cm w 20 cm d 18 cm material: clear glass, with zanfirico murines and aventurine, edge pinched and folded towards the middle on one side, dislocated tear-off under the stand. Condition: very good condition
special remarks: very slight traces of wear. We offer this fine piece from a berlin glass collection, made in typical venetian glass art. Asymmetrically shaped with a folded edge, zanfirico patterns twisted towards the middle and inlaid with aventurine dust.
recognizably from the 1940s, this decorative piece shows features of the best quality workmanship. Freely formed, planned stand, polished walls, no streaks or bubbles in the glass.
