Late 19th / early 20th century made in Louis XV Style, it is as beautiful as it is practical, featuring a wide drawer in the middle, with an additional sliding pullout surface which is covered with gilt tooled leather. They are flanked with six additional drawers, a pair of smaller ones between two pairs of larger ones. All drawers are quality dovetailed, with great quality secondary wood, all having their original bronze / brass hardware. Vanity is finished on all four sides, so it does not need to go against the wall. Good Condition, shows light use / age wear, one apparent scratch which is under the finish, as it was recently polished (please see photos). Size is great to fit anywhere in your house, apartment or office at 36.25" wide, 23" deep, the height is 30.75", while the knee clearance is 22.75" in height. Great piece that can be used as a regular writing desk or vanity with mirror above, it will work in any traditional or mid-century modern setting! See less
