A fabulous pair of Antique Italian giltwood candelabras for 2 candles each. Hand carved probably in the Florence area of Italy. Main body is carved wood with fine metal leaf adornments around the candleholders. These pieces ooze with age.
Remains of an old tag on the back from the famous Woodward and Lothrop department store in Washington DC. The original importers. Marked made in Italy.
Each of these pieces holds two candles.
Scrolling elegant acanthus leaves display outwards on each piece. The colour can be described as old gold.
