This exceptional early studio art pottery sculpture is a definitive piece by the highly collectible artist Alison Palmer. Acquired from a private collection in Minneapolis, this work was originally purchased at the Northern Clay Center in the early 2000s.

Characterized by Palmer’s signature playful sophistication, this sculptural fish form bowl features a vibrant palette of salmon crimson, soft lavender, and chartreuse. The whimsical ceramic body is brilliantly juxtaposed with functional wooden wheels, creating a striking narrative piece.
