Up for sale is a breathtakingly beautiful antique porcelain cabinet plate decorated by the prestigious Stouffer Studio of Chicago. This 8.25-inch plate features Stouffer’s legendary, heavily textured 24K "encrusted gold" gilding covering the entire surface.
What makes this particular piece exceptionally rare and collectible is the striking combination of the all-over textured gold finish paired with vibrant, hand-painted floral motifs. It features three gorgeous purple and pink peony-style blossoms framed by vivid teal leaves and delicate turquoise moriage-style dot accents.
Artist Signature & Marks:
Signed on front: Hand-signed by the Stouffer artist.
Backstamps: Features the green "J&C Bavaria" (Jaeger & Co.) crown mark, indicating the premium German porcelain blank utilized for the piece. It is stamped with the classic "Stouffer Encrusted Gold" square hallmark.

Aside from this specific chip, the plate has no hairline cracks, crazing, or repairs.
