The chairs are dated 2001 and marked … Read more This set of 4 Hitchcock windsor dining chairs is a traditional American classic. The chairs are dated 2001 and marked “L.HITCHCOCK. HITCHCOCKS-VILLE. CONN. WARRANTED” (with all N’s backwards).

The chairs are made of solid maple with in a warm chestnut brown stain on the shaped seats and black paint on the back and legs. The top rail has gold stenciling in a harvest design. Faux bamboo detailing on the back stiles, which is echoed in the splayed legs and front stretcher.

The chairs are in very good used condition. The chairs are rock solid and well made. The seats are in clean condition, like new. Scuffing and paint loss on the black finish, particularly on the legs. Can be touched up with black paint if desired.

Each chair measures 34.25” tall, 18.25” wide, and 16” deep with a 17.75” seat height.
