Available for sale is a magnificent and rare coordinating pair of Victorian-era kerosene stand lamps in the iconic "Florette" (Quilted/Tufted) pattern. Produced by the Consolidated Lamp and Glass Co. circa 1894, this set features two distinct and highly sought-after colors: a vibrant Pink Cased Satin and a serene Light Blue Cased Satin.
Each lamp is a masterclass in Victorian glasswork, featuring an opaque cased-glass font (color blown over a white opal interior) with an acid-etched satin finish. The fonts are factory wafer-joined to matching clear pressed-glass pedestal bases that continue the diamond-quilted florette motif.
Both lamps are equipped with period-correct, matching Plume & Atwood (P&A) "Eagle" burners, both featuring wick knobs marked "P&A Mfg Co Thomaston, Conn." This is a rare opportunity to acquire a "nursery pair" or "mantle set" in such exceptional condition.
