This is a traditional wingback arm chair by American furniture maker Pennsylvania House for its Manor Collection.
The chair features a classic winged back, detached seat cushion, solid mahogany cabriole style legs ending in pad feet united by a turned H stretcher. The upholstery is a burgundy with a tonal tiny checkered pattern. Arm covers included. Signed Pennsylvania House under the seat cushion.
The circa 2000s chair is in excellent used condition. The fabric is very clean. Sun fading on the arm areas not covered by the arm covers. A few threads loose on the back corners of the wings. The mahogany wood is in great shape with minor scuffing near the bottom of the feet. Please see photos for more details about the condition of the chair.
The wingback chair measures 43.5” tall, 30” wide, and 34” deep with a 20” seat height and 25” arm height.
